The causes of constipation are multiple and endless. They range from irregular eating habits including the types of and timing of foods consumed, to an individual’s personal digestive system.

Constipation is a condition which some folk will suffer frequently and others only occasionally.

Our Constipation Capsule includes plant extracts of European and Asian origin, each renowned for their individual contributions to resolving a costipation problem.

Because of the way our herbal remedies work, the “benefits” are likely to be felt within an hour but they are also likely to be less “violent” or urgent than strong pharmacy “laxatives”.

“Constipation Relief” is a blend of several pure, organic herbs / plant extracts comprising:

Cayenne Powder - Relieves Migraine headache, Cluster headache, Stomach / Intestinal Gas and Stomach Pain, Sinus Muscle Spasms, Cramps, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and other painful conditions. Side effects; might increase bleeding during and after surgery. STOP using 2 weeks before undertaking any surgery.   

Milk thistle -  may cause diarrhoea (laxative), good for diabetes 2, Benefits the digestive tract and liver, cleanses the bloodstream

Dandelion -  relieves constipation, cure liver disease such as  hepatitis and  jaundice, assists in weight reduction, prevent cancer and good for diabetes.

He Shou Wu - Anti-aging benefits, extends lifespan, combats old age. Reduces risk of fatal diseases; cancer, heart attack, stroke. Calms nervous system, energising and calming, potent anti-oxidants with gentle actions, it maintains the healthful functions in the liver and kidney which in turn cleanses the blood. Stool softener, contains substance emodin which is laxative and a liver protective agent.

Side effects - not for pregnant women or nursing mothers or for men suffering (BPH) - benign prostate hypertrophy (can get worse), not for people with diabetes. STOP use 2 weeks before surgery.

Dosage: 2 capsule 30 min before meals.

For the chronic constipation sufferer, we suggest making one or two capsules a regular additive to your daily diet.

For occasional / acute constipation sufferer, just take one or two when the problem occurs and if after a few hours there has been no effect, try taking two more..
